Welcome to ‘Back to form’ fitness. Back to form fitness is a brand new web log that I created to give readers as much quality content as possible to help them reach all of their fitness goals. The major reason that I created BTFF was in response to numerous email and personal requests that I have gotten in the past year from people all over the world needing information on how to “get back to their best physical form” in the greatest way possible.I realized that people needed much more than the typical “how to burn fat” “how to get strong” “what program should I follow” and “what should I eat” type of information. What people were asking me was how they could do all of those things, and feel great too. Fitness is a combination of looking good, feeling great and just being great. I also realize that the internet is full of “experts” that really do not have enough real world experience to give people what they need in the way of fitness. If I cannot help, I know people that can. I am in contact with and work closely with some of the best and brightest people in the fitness world.
I tend to treat everyone like an athlete. Athletes have a unique, goal driven training plan, that when followed, results in a great body, a pain free life and excellent performance. Why can’t “regular” non-athletes (or former athletes) have those same results? They can and they do everyday when they train and workout the correct way.
Back To Form Fitness is an ever changing blog that will have new features popping up all of the time. I plan to give out as much quality information as I can and I encourage feedback and questions. I will do my best to answer everyone and help people on their way.
Take some time to browse the site and be patient with the changes and some of the parts that are still under construction.
