Don't Let Lower Back Pain Stop You
Many people suffer with low back pain everyday. In the video below, I show you how to do 2 easy stretches that will help you start to eliminate your lower back pain. The hips are responsible for a lot of lower back problems. By taking care of your hips, lower back pain and problems start to disappear.
Check out the video and try these stretches. Although there are many more things you can do for lower back problems, these stretches will get you started and you will start to feel some relief.

As a massage therapist of 13 years, I’ve learned that when working on clients with chronic lower back pain, I’ve always included the abdominal muscles in the session. I’ve further suggested to them to try and do some abs exercises – easier ones to start out with.

Thank you for your informational video. Making the connection between the lower back and the hips was like an “a-ha” moment for me. While I do agree that weak ab muscles can also contribute to the problem, it never occurred to me that the hips might be a culprit as well.
Will give your exercises a shot. I wonder how often I have to do them – everyday?
