I asked a question a couple of weeks ago about what it means to be “Unbreakable” and I received some awesome answers from people.

Being Unbreakable means different things to different people, but the common theme that I got and get from people is that being Unbreakable means that you are able to DO everything in life that you want to do, without restrictions. (and without fear

For many people, pain and injury gets in the way of doing what they want. Sometimes, it is just not having the physical strength, or endurance to accomplish the things they want. Others have to deal with a whole host of physical issues and limitations.

I was talking to a lady at the gym today that told me how great she felt, however was disappointed that she could not do more because of the chronic pain she gets in her knee from time to time. That is a limitation.

Therefore, if you cannot do everything that you want to do, you are not Unbreakable yet.

Here are 5 reasons that you may not be Unbreakable yet:

  1. Too many painful areas of the body (joints and muscles) that interfere with your day-to-day life.
  2. Joints that have less than adequate mobility to do the things you would like to do.
  3. Energy levels that are in the basement because you have not figured out how to harness the natural energy that we all have at our disposal each day.
  4. A chronic injury or physical limitation that gets in the way of doing the things you LOVE to do each day.
  5. FEAR. Being afraid to push yourself, because you are unsure you will be able to hold up once things get a little tougher.

I could list more (and I probably will) however, I want you to think about the limitations that you may have…are they getting in the way of you becoming Unbreakable? Again, being Unbreakable means different things to different people, but it usually comes down to fear of getting injured or the realization that you just can’t do things because your body won’t let you.

Chime in and let me know what is getting in your way of living an indestructible, unbreakable existence.

I would love to hear your story….

There are a lot of things getting in my way of being “Unbreakable”. I sit behind a desk most of the day and have develeoped bad posture and bad habits. When I try to workout, my joints hurt, especially in my shoulders and knees. This has caused me to skip working out. At this point in my life, I am wondering if I will ever be able to workout again and feel better.

Your “Unbreakable” concept is intriging to say the least. I would love to hear how someone like me can become “Unbreakable”

    Thanks. Love the webpage.
