I have to try that!! I’ve done the stretches before, but in combo with the foam roller on the wall may really help. I’ll post again once I’ve tried it a few times.

Thanks for the neck and lower back exercises!! Mine is mostly neck pain and stiffness, but they both were very helpful. The lower back only comes in to play when I have been on my feet way too long. The stretches really help!

Great stuff. I must say the foam roller has been a great investment. I just tried this little routine out and it worked great. Thanks for the information.
