Building the CORE - Men’s Fitness style

Posted on 06 May 2009

I have gotten a lot of questions lately about working the “core”, and a few people suggested that I write a blog about how to build and strengthen the famous “core” muscles.

A few months back, I wrote a feature article for Men’s Fitness magazine on strengthening the core. Rather then spend time writing another article on the same subject, I posted the link to the article so you can check it out yourself.
The Core -Ultimate Workout

I offered up some “alternative” exercises for working the core in all it’s glory. (By the way, don’t expect an article about performing 1000s of crunches either)

    Hi Keith!
I’m about to buy your book.
Just wanted to ask you if you in the shoulder section adress what I can imagine in english is “over-mobility/flexiblity”? Talkin’ to various doctors and ciropractors that has been the verdict. It’s shoulder pain which I they say comes from my right shoulder being unstable and able to move to far forward on pressing movement etc.

    thanks,
    John
