“Fit Yummy Mummy” Review

 

I get many requests from women for products or training programs specifically tailored for the female. I have written reviews in the past on fat burning, abdominal sculpting, and strength and muscle gain. While each of those products can and have been used by women with much success, there are a lot of women out there that want something that fits their own needs, needs that only women know and share.

Last November I had the pleasure of attending a fitness seminar where I met a lot of incredible professionals from all areas of the fitness world. One such professional that I had the pleasure of meeting was Holly Rigsby. Holly had just put the finishing touches on a new product that has taken the female fitness world by storm. Her product, which she kindly sent to me for my review, is called Fit Yummy Mummy. Fit Yummy Mummy was designed specifically for women, more so mothers that have not been able to get their bodies back to their original pre-baby form. Holly designed this program to help busy moms, who may work or just don’t have a lot of time to exercise, regain that body they once had, or get that body they always dreamed of having.

Now obviously I am not a woman, so I cannot say that this program worked for me in any way…I have never used it. I can say for certain, that I have written thousands of programs and reviewed hundreds in my time and the Fit Yummy Mummy program is solid!

This program will work for any woman, regardless of age, situation, time constraints, etc… Holly put together a very solid program that will help women lose fat, shape problem areas and just get fit! I would even say with confidence that this program would work even if you are not a mother. Concepts are universal and the plan in this program will help anyone reach their fitness goals. The Fit Yummy Mummy will help you lose that mommy belly for good.

One of the best parts of this program is that Holly designed it to be done in the comfort of your own home. No gym membership required and it can be completed in less than 30 minutes a day, and still get results! The program comes with nutritional guidelines, motivational tools and of course a detailed exercise plan that includes pictures of every single exercise. There is no guess work!

I myself have taken some aspects of this plan and used it with my own female clients.
