Fixing your Shoulders, Part 1

There are a lot of people out there that have shoulder problems. Whether it is pain, dysfunction, or horrible posture, shoulder issues plague a big percentage of people out there. More so, I witness many people doing all of the wrong stuff with their training programs, pretty much guaranteeing future pain and problems with their shoulders.
