    Hi Keith,

    I thought I left a comment on your site the other day, but it seems to have disappeared (I probably clicked away before submitting the comment).

    Basically, I was wondering if you could post some info about hip mobility, in the same way that you posted about shoulder mobility/pain. My hips are super tight and I am doing some exercises each morning, as well as before training, but I am always after more info :-)
