I am often asked how long a frozen shoulder takes to go away. Like most answers, “it depends” is the usual response that I give. This is not because we don’t have a good understanding of frozen shoulder, rather it is because everyone is different and everyone has a different level of frozen shoulder. This is why it is imperative that whatever your level of frozen shoulder, you are working on eliminating it with a very good, well rounded frozen shoulder elimination program.
