I wonder?

These are some things that I wonder about or have wondered about throughout the years when training people. Maybe you will recognize some of these…Either way, enjoy and let me know what you wonder about…
I wonder if you really worked as hard as you said you did?
I wonder if you could work just a little bit harder?
I wonder if you realize that you can be much more than you think you can?
I wonder if you realize that things will not get easier, so you either get tougher or stay the same?
I wonder if you realize that looking at the clock or your watch every 2 minutes wont make the time go any faster…in fact, it will make your training session seem slower?
I wonder if you will ever learn to like training and when you do, will you appreciate it more?
I wonder if you suddenly could not train anymore, if you would miss it and appreciate it more?
I wonder if all of that junk you ate on the weekends was really worth it…now?
I wonder if you are having as much fun training as I am having training you?
I wonder if this was really important to you, would you miss so many sessions?
I wonder how many people out there would give anything to have the opportunities that you have right now… and if so, would they waste time complaining and making excuses?
I wonder when the time will come when you stop thinking you know everything and realize that you know very little. When this happens, real progress can happen.
I wonder if you are excited as I am when I witness you hitting a new PR, or doing something you never thought you could do before?
I wonder if I could find 10 more people that work as hard as you do?
I wonder where you would be if you only started working like this a year ago?
I wonder if you realize that there are 5 other people that would like your spot in the schedule book and that they would probably work harder than you do?
I wonder if you realize that I am probably more proud of you than you are of yourself?
I wonder if you are serious about making changes, and if so…are you willing to really do what is necessary to make them happen?
I wonder if you realize how annoying it is when you show up late everyday and act like it is no big deal?
I wonder if you realize how many different excuses you come up with for why you cant train or why you are late, or why you cannot work hard today?
I wonder how much money you would be willing to toss out the window each day, because some days you are doing just that!
I wonder if you know that you are stronger than you think and that this strength is just as much mental as it is physical.
I wonder if you know that each time you give up on yourself, you take a step backward.
I wonder if you realize that your age has nothing to do with your progress?
I wonder if you will ever accept that the scale means nothing and as long as your clothes are fitting better, that’s all that matters.
I wonder if you ever thought you could work as hard as you did today?
I wonder if you realize that you will work even harder tomorrow?
I wonder if you know that working this hard is not torture, rather it is necessary to get you where you need to go.
I wonder if you will ever reach your true potential?
I wonder if you read this and thought…”Is he talking about me?”
