Pain in the Neck!

If you are like most people out there, you suffer from neck and upper back pain…sometimes on a daily basis. Whether it is the way you sleep or an overly stressful day, neck and upper back pain is found in people more than not.

The majority of people that I evaluate do not have normal neck range of motion. In fact, most people have less than adequate motion in all directions, chronic pain, and less than stellar function.

The good news is, in less than a few minutes a day, you can rid yourself of neck and upper back pain for good.
