Recently I shot a video on dealing with lower back pain. I give some quick exercises that anyone can do at home.
Check out the video and let me know what you think.
Lower back pain effects too many people these days. There are always things you can do to help manage your pain and do away with your problems.

These seem excellent. I have been doing some yoga especially designed for lower back pain and your first stretch is one of the ones I am doing now.
I will add the rest of your stretches to my daily routine and see if it helps me out.

Thanks for the stretches, Keith – I like how you don’t give too much information at once and break it up so we can start taking action with clients and ourselves – I’ll be looking out for that next post on low back health -

I myself am active. I bike play tennis play other sports. Yet my back pains come and go. Ever since my highschool days of kickboxing, football, and weightlifting I have had lower back pains. The thing I have seen help me the most are daily stretches, some yoga helps allot and what you sleep in. The best thing I ever slept on was a memory foam mattress. Stretching is also a good daily practice and I’ve also noticed acupuncture does wonders for long periods of time.

Holy Happy Hip Flexors, Batman! I wake up with lower back pain, and pretty much endure it all day. I tried these hip flexors stretches and that familiar pain is gone. I am sitting at my computer without the pillow wedged into the back of the chair.
I shall repeat these stretches everyday!
