Recently I needed to “tweak” my own training regiment. Making training routines for my clients and friends is easy…I have been doing it for almost 20 years. However, it is never easy to make an effective training program for yourself. I know that might sound weird, but it really is tough to do. I have struggled with writing programs for my own training routines for years.
